“This letter is meant to express my satisfaction regarding the installation of the so-called Cold-Plus™ treatment…..the technician injected Cold-Plus™ into my upstairs AC unit (this unit works harder than the downstairs unit). Since the injection, the air coming out of the upstairs ducts seems 2-3 degrees colder than downstairs, so I had the Cold-Plus™ injected in the downstairs unit 2 weeks later and the same experience applied to that unit also.
